The producers of Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo and Heneral Luna are serious about bringing to the public the understated parts of our country's history. And they are doing it the Marvel way.
As you have seen in the end credits of Heneral Luna (2015), a teaser of the movie to feature Gregorio Del Pilar's story was featured. You may not know this but a teaser of Heneral Luna was actually shown after Bonifacio end credits last year.
But to clarify, Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo is not in any way part of the series of movies along with Heneral Luna. It was clarified by the director himself yesterday.
